It is the sole responsibility of each guest to familiarize themselves with and understand these rules. The operator emphasizes that some pools and attractions require special attention for safety reasons. Our staff is happy to assist.

Guests who fail to comply with these rules may be denied service and, in justified cases, may be removed from the spa and other facilities.

Indoor adventure pool: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (all year round)
Sauna: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (all year round)

Management reserves the right to modify opening hours on public holidays or in justified cases, and guests will be notified in advance on the website or with a written notice in the lobby.

In certain cases (technical issues, private events, etc.), the spa or parts of it may be closed. Guests will be informed at the time of booking or prior to entry. In the event of service disruptions due to technical reasons, the operator reserves the right to decide independently whether to offer compensation or price adjustments.

The entire building and parking areas are monitored by a 24/7 video surveillance system for safety and access control. Footage is stored and deleted in accordance with legal regulations and will only be released to authorized authorities.

Wellness services and sauna use are at guests’ own risk and with awareness of their health status.
Only guests who can swim may use deeper pools.

Children under 14 may only enter the spa with adult supervision. Proof of age (e.g., student ID or official document) may be required by the operator.

All instructions shown on warning signs, pictograms, etc., must be followed.
Following the pool supervisor’s instructions is mandatory for the use of pools and all features in the pool area.

The hotel only takes responsibility for items placed in the safety deposit box located at the reception.

The hotel is not liable for lost items or valuables in the pool. It does not dismantle or check drainage or piping for lost items.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the hotel’s or pool area’s furnishings or plants.

Due to the high risk of slipping, pool shoes are recommended in the pool area.

Persons with contagious diseases, skin infections, or open wounds are not allowed to use the spa.

Intoxicated persons or those under the influence of drugs or mind-altering substances are not allowed to remain in the spa or use its services.

Adults are not allowed to use the children’s pool or sit in it.

Jumping into the water with an overheated body or prolonged underwater swimming is prohibited.

Wet guests or those without slippers may not enter the self-service restaurant.

Guests who are visibly intoxicated will not be served in food or drink outlets operating within the pool area.

If a guest intentionally or negligently contaminates the pool water, and the pool must be closed, drained, or disinfected as a result, the guest is required to cover all related costs as well as the financial loss due to the downtime and any additional damage.

In case of accidents or sudden illness in the pool area, assistance is provided in the first aid room next to the spa lobby, with trained staff and proper equipment.

First aid related to the use of the spa is available free of charge for all health issues that may arise.

Responsibility for proper care (injuries, illness, water rescues, etc.) lies with the lifeguard or another person appointed by the manager.

All incidents are documented in detail in a logbook or incident report.

The completion of the treatment or any remarks must be confirmed with a signature by the injured guest, their companion, or the attending staff.

Please keep emergency exits, doors, and fire hydrants clear at all times.

Lost items must be turned in at the reception and logged in the “Lost and Found” registry.

Guests may submit feedback or complaints in person at the reception or in writing in the guestbook (complaints book) provided there.

If our association records or produces any material (photos, videos, audio) within Hotel Rudolf for promotional or other purposes, and a guest appears in such materials, they may not raise any claim against the operator or any other party regarding their appearance.

The hotel uses guest data solely for internal records, in full compliance with data protection laws, and does not disclose them to any third party.

Sauna Use:
The sauna may be used solely at the guest’s own risk and in accordance with their health status. It is not recommended for guests under 14. Proper attire is required: only towels or sauna sheets covering intimate areas (no swimwear). Towel or sauna sheet use is mandatory. Guests must shower before and between sauna sessions. Slippers must be worn in the sauna foyer but are not allowed on sauna benches. Essential oils brought by guests must be used sparingly and with consideration for others.

The outdoor parking area is not guarded. Entrances and exits are monitored by cameras. Parking is available for a fee. The hotel does not assume liability for damage to or theft from vehicles. Any damage due to misuse of the parking lot or violation of traffic rules (KRESZ) is the full responsibility of the guest, including administrative or legal consequences.

According to NM regulation 37/1996 (X.18.), the spa may not be used by individuals with:

Fever or contagious gastrointestinal/skin diseases

Epileptic seizures, loss of consciousness, or extensive abnormal skin conditions

Alcohol or drug intoxication

If such symptoms are observed, service access may be denied. If there is any doubt, pool staff (lifeguard, security, manager, etc.) may require a medical examination to ensure safety.
