Bell House – The Unique Symbol of Hajdúszoboszló
The iconic landmark of Hajdúszoboszló, the Bell House, is located in the park in front of the spa, embodying the town’s rich cultural heritage. This unique structure is not only visually striking but also full of symbolism: its pillars represent the four seasons and the four cardinal points, while its chimes enhance the magical atmosphere. The circular design of the building evokes the Carpathian Basin and is adorned with numerous artworks symbolizing the cycle of life and rebirth.
The Bell House collection features nearly fifty bells, including masterpieces made of aluminum alloy. These were donated to the town by bell collector Tibor Jeney and his wife, while the structure was designed by Zoltán Rácz. Listening to the chimes while resting in the shade of the building offers a unique way to experience the special atmosphere of Hajdúszoboszló.
