Cancellation policy.

Low and Off Season:

If cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled 0–7 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit is non-refundable and will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Date changes within 0–7 days: 10,000 HUF / occasion.

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the booked period must be paid.

Peak Season / High Season:

Special Non-Refundable Bookings:

The deposit is non-refundable and will be charged as a cancellation fee.

For all bookings:

If the arrival date is changed within 7 days before arrival: date change fee is 15,000 HUF.
